Now Available: Herman Miller introduces Spout Sit-to-Stand Table

The brand’s newest height-adjustable desk brings sophistication and quiet stability to home and office.

Zeeland, Michigan, February 05, 2025 — Herman Miller elevates the experience of height-adjustable desks through the introduction of Spout Sit-to-Stand Table. Sit-to-stand desks make it easier to change postures throughout the day, allowing people to move freely and take charge of their own wellness. When it comes to height-adjustable desks, function usually dictates form—but with Spout Sit-to-Stand Table, the two coincide inharmony. While many standing desks feature two columns that house the powerful system controlling the desk’s movement, Spout’s elevated four-leg design features four in-line motor actuators that quietly lift and lower the table. Spout also achieves a lift capacity of up to 400lbs. The elegant lines of the base and smooth quiet transitions create a sophisticated standing desk experience.

Spout is available in a range of sizes, from 24x48in to as large as 48x84in. The versatile configuration supports healthy ergonomics for individuals or teams in open floor plans, private offices, focused nooks, collaboration spaces, and many places between. Under-surface cable management, magnetic cable clips, and an optional cable tray keep wires neatly organized, cutting down on visual noise. Accessories like a bag hook and an integrated storage drawer create personal space. The integrated storage drawer also enables in-drawer device charging. The result is a standing desk as functional as it is beautiful, at home in any setting.

Several color and finish configurations allow Spout to make an immediate visual impact. A neutral top and a color pop for the base in canyon, nightfall, glacier, and olive hues bring instant style to any space. A walnut veneer finish on the table top can be specified with a black base, or to achieve a tonal look, a clear-coated ash veneer table a top a cocoa base is available. For commercial setups, a screen made from PET can be added to provide warmth and privacy.

Spout is also the first design to incorporate Ello Power Access Solutions, a new family of DC power access solutions from Herman Miller for commercial customers that makes it easier to power and charge devices. Ello Micro, available on Spout, integrates power access directly into the tabletop surface. Ello Mini can be attached to add charging power to any surface. Both USB-C port solutions provide a maximum power output of 100W per port (65W when both are in use). This feature is available for commercial customers only.

Spout Sit-to-Stand Table can be purchased in stores and online at Herman Miller and through MillerKnoll dealers for contract customers. Visit the Herman Miller website for your region for availability.
